The YOU Foundation was created in 2018 with the guiding principle that the best way to achieve one’s own goals, as well as those of the people around him and the collective good, is to centralize the other (YOU) in every endeavor. Our goal is to apply this key altruistic principle to educational and entrepreneurial initiatives, on top of social impact goals. Among these initiatives, YOU Foundation Global Health connects the personal experience of caring for patients in Low-Middle Income Countries (LMIC) to those of social-impact economic development projects, with the goal of uniting various actors around a strategy that benefits all parties involved.

Currently the Michael Reese Professor of Hematology, Division of Hematology/Oncology and Blood & Marrow Transplant, University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL (USA).
Simone Rondelli (Treasurer)
After 30 years of experience in the financial industry, first at JP Morgan and then at Four Partners Advisory (a successful entrepreneurial initiative he co-founded), Simone founded a new venture, Matching Gems Corporation in Milan-Italy, which he is currently managing and planning to expand internationally.
Bishesh Poudyal, MD (Secretary)
Currently a Professor of Hematology and Head of Clinical Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Services at the Civil Service Hospital, in Kathmandu, Nepal.
YOU Foundation is a 501(c)(3) status organization based in Chicago, IL and was founded in 2018.
